FRS Finland

Logoevolution of the FRS Finland

FRS Finland was founded as “Suomen Saaristokuljetus” in 2013 in Helsinki, Finland. FRS happily welcomed FRS Finland to the FRS family in 2020.

Currently, the company operates 12 vessels of various sizes, the smallest being a 10-meter long taxi boat and the largest ones being water busses with a capacity of around 180 passengers.

Finland is known as the land of the thousand lakes but it is also the land of the thousand islands. In the Helsinki area alone there are dozens of beautiful and interesting island destinations. FRS Finland operates routes to several of these islands. Among these is Suomenlinna fortress island (UNESCO world heritage), the former bastion island of Isosaari and a canal cruise line that stops at six small islands. In addition, the company operates two lines in the nearby city of Espoo and a line from Loviisa to the the Svartholm sea bastion. FRS Finland operates several restaurants and saunas, a golf course, lodging and other activities.
