With high speed to the high sea island

The FRS Helgoline has been connecting Germany's only high-sea island with the mainland since 1984. FRS Helgoline's high-speed catamaran "Halunder Jet" offers the fastest way to reach the island. HSC "Halunder Jet" (built 2017/18) is unique in its modern design and state of the art technology. Passengers not only enjoy a GPS-controlled entertainment system that plays information about points of interest on the journey, but also an LED light show and 3D sound system for a varied travel experience. It was built specifically for voyages on the North Sea: The focus lies particularly on seaworthiness and comfort.

During the crossing at a maximum speed of 36 knots, passengers can enjoy the view from the panoramic windows and be spoiled by our onboard gastronomic service. With the free WLAN, they have the opportunity to browse through hundreds of online magazines. For children there is also a playing corner on board.

The FRS Heligoline catamaran connects Hamburg, Cuxhaven and Helgoland daily from March / April to October. The island offers its visitors spectacular nature and high-quality, tax-free shopping. FRS Helgoline is the market leader in the Heligoland trade and carries 186,000 passengers annually.
