Student trainee Management Office (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
Support of the management in strategic and operational tasks whereby you work out information and presentation documents as well as decision templates for the management
Preparation and follow-up of advisory board and managing director meetings as well as recording and coordination of essential content-related points
Communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders and management
Support of the management with administrative and organizational tasks such as scheduling and travel coordination
General office and administration work
Qualifications
Student of international management, economics, tourism or similar
Very good knowledge in German and English (oral and written) and strong communication skills and very good manners
Careful, precise and structured way of working
Reliability, sense of responsibility and service-oriented demeanor
A high degree of independence, resilience, flexibility, loyalty and discretion
Experienced handling of MS Office
