New LNG ferry servicing Rømø and Sylt from November 2019

The ferry that was initially built on the Norwegian shipyard Fiskerstrand is currently being rebuilt for its new purpose and will start operating in November 2019. With its modern and more environmentally friendly propulsion system, the ferry reaches a service speed of 15 knots and carries up to 127 cars on two decks. With the purchase of a second ferry that follows the trend towards lower emissions, we underline our awareness and responsibility to ensure a reliable island connection and supply sustainably.
