Lisbon, July 05th, 2024 – FRS Portugal is pleased to announce the expansion of its fleet with an additional ship, which will enhance the product portfolio of FRS Portugal starting in September. The new ship, currently being prepared for its upcoming service at a shipyard in Northern Europe, offers space for over 350 passengers on its two spacious decks. During the day, the ship offers up to three tours, providing the opportunity to explore Lisbon's sights from the water and enjoy views of the city's historical and modern architecture, famous bridges, and picturesque shores. In the evening, the ship transforms into an exclusive event venue in Lisbon, featuring a DJ, live music, and diverse entertainment

Lisbon, July 05th, 2024 – FRS Portugal is pleased to announce the expansion of its fleet with an additional ship, which will enhance the product portfolio of FRS Portugal starting in September.

The new ship, currently being prepared for its upcoming service at a shipyard in Northern Europe, offers space for over 350 passengers on its two spacious decks.

During the day, the ship offers up to three tours, providing the opportunity to explore Lisbon's sights from the water and enjoy views of the city's historical and modern architecture, famous bridges, and picturesque shores. In the evening, the ship transforms into an exclusive event venue in Lisbon, featuring a DJ, live music, and diverse entertainment.

“With the new ship, we can expand our range of attractive maritime experiences and offer our customers even more varied and impressive experiences on the water,” said Guido Piedade, Director of Operations at FRS Portugal. The ship previously served for the Weiße Flotte, a subsidiary of the FRS Group, along the German coast and will be transported to Portugal at the end of July on a so-called heavy lift carrier piggyback.

“With this investment, we once again reaffirm our commitment to providing our customers in Lisbon with the best quality maritime experiences on the Tagus River. A commitment by which we measure ourselves,” explains Moritz Bruns, Managing Director of the FRS International Division.

FRS Portugal cordially invites you to experience the new ship and its diverse new offerings starting in September! Tickets for the first trips on the new ship from FRS Portugal will be available at local sales points and on frs.pt starting from 07/15/2024.
