FRS Systems Spain, an FRS entity focused on providing software development solutions to the travel and transportation industry, is currently looking for a Business Analyst / Product Manager (m/f/d).

What you will be doing
Work within a small and focused agile software development team supporting the Product Manager with stakeholders' needs, making sure the goals are clear, and the vision is aligned with business objectives.
Support the Product Manager documenting the requirements and making sure the development process is fully aligned
Assist the Product Manager to create and maintain the team’s backlog.
Document the backlog items and perform prioritization based on the overall strategy and business objectives.
What you bring
Degree in computer science or equivalent
Good written and spoken English communication skills
Good written and spoken German communication skills will be a plus. Candidates proficient in German will receive preferential consideration.
Valid EU work permit
Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive attitude, and a strong motivation to learn and grow.
Good understanding of the full software development lifecycle will be a plus
Experience using Agile methodologies like Scrum/Kanban will be a plus
Experience in the travel industry, with focus on price management, business rules, and related areas, will be a plus.
