This is what Lea Mangelsen - Student Trainee IT - says about FRS:

"What I like about FRS is the friendly working atmosphere and the respectful interaction with each other in a modern team. I can also choose my working hours flexibly, which makes it easy for me to manage my time alongside my studies. After my induction period, I was introduced to the helpdesk. Now I receive my own support tickets and process them. The tasks are very versatile and offer me an opportunity to enlarge my perspective which helps me to understand the processes of a global company.  It´s especially exciting for me when the knowledge from the individual modules at university can be applied here in the company. My work here at FRS is my first practical contact ever with IT topics within a company. I would always make this decision again."
